Annalise Cowley

My passion for leadership emerged right at the start of my career. I spent many years heading up international teams of multiple shapes, sizes and cultural complexities and I loved it.

With no formal leadership training in my early years, and challenging goals from the outset, I led from the heart and discovered the awesome impact of authentic leadership. These core principles, together with the skills and experience I developed over the course of my career, empowered my success in a range of leadership roles and, ultimately, as a Board Director of 3 successful SMEs.

In 2004 I set up my own business, Mansfield Buchanan Ltd, to specialise in helping Leaders achieve high performance teamwork. As this business grew, so too did the demand for leadership-specific coaching. So, in 2012, I trained with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC for short thankfully!) to learn the specific skills and process required to be a professionally certified coach.

Today, based from my home in Somerset (UK), I have the privilege of working with clients at all levels of leadership, from Rising Stars through to experienced CEOs, and across an amazingly diverse geographic and cultural landscape.
